ORW

ORW is preparing a Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan for the Town of Hanover.  Hanover boasts impressive mode shares for bicycling and walking to work, at approximately 36%, or ten times the state average.  To continue to encourage bike and pedestrian modes, a Town Master Plan identifying planned routes and design standards is under preparation by ORW.   Strategies include expansion of bike lanes shared use paths, and a bicycle boulevard.  The plan will include standards for bike and pedestrian infrastructure.
