ORW

For the city of South Burlington ORW prepared a comprehensive plan update and zoning revisions for the 3,600 acre Southeast Quadrant (SEQ).  This work marks a significant departure for this area from low-density suburban development patterns to a new pattern of development that would strengthen the conservation of natural resources and open space while providing more attractive neighborhoods.  The plan update was followed up by revisions to the zoning ordinance which included specific illustrated development standards to create attractive, walkable development patterns.
