ORW

KUA is a co-educational boarding school of approximately 300 students that was originally established in 1813.  ORW has been working with the school on their on-going campus master planning and development projects, most recently the renovation of Miller Bicentennial Hall (pictured) undertaken to coincide with the 200th anniversary of the school.  The school includes many historic buildings near the Meriden village center and planning at KUA is a collaborative effort with the school administrators, campus architects and the Town, and requires special care to maintain the traditional relationships of buildings and open spaces in this rural New England village center.
