ORW prepared the site plan for a proposed mixed-use development in White River Junction, Vermont. Strategically located at the center of White River Junction, the narrow site is bounded by the Connecticut River and a raised railroad right-of-way. The site plan responds to these features by organizing new development around a riverwalk pedestrian promenade aligned between the river and mixed-use buildings.
