ORW is providing site planning and landscape design services for King Arthur Flour on the expansion and renovation of the bakery, school, retail store and education center on their Camelot campus. The overall site design concept provided for the bakery, baking education center, retail store and café to share a central courtyard space, not unlike a town square in concept. The site plan also provided an improved visual approach to the site, allowing the site to appear as an ensemble of buildings set within the landscape. The experience of King Arthur Flour, both for the visitor and the employee, will be greatly enhanced by improved outdoor spaces, including the courtyard, patio, entry spaces, walkways and garden areas. Planting on the site will accentuate and enhance the attractive natural features of the site referencing agrarian landscape patterns. This project is under construction.
