Robert White, ASLA
Partner, Landscape Architect

Bob is a landscape architect and co-founder of ORW, LLC. For nearly 20 years, Bob has been a leader in landscape architecture in Vermont and New Hampshire, developing a broad range of work, including park design, trail and greenway planning and design, campus planning, village planning and transportation facility design.  Through his work, Bob is frequently is involved in solving design challenges that are often closely interrelated with larger community planning issues. Bob graduated from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design with a Master of Landscape Architecture degree.

Carolyn Radisch, AICP
Partner, Urban and Transportation Planner

Carolyn, co-founder of ORW LLC, is a planner with national experience in urban and transportation planning.  Her particular area of interest and expertise is the integration of land use with transportation systems, namely pedestrians, bicycles and transit, in a manner that creates attractive neighborhoods and communities.  Carolyn has published research in the area of community design and mode choice. She holds Masters degrees in City and Regional Planning and Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, from the University of California at Berkeley.

Peter Owens, PhD
Director of urban design

Peter is an urban designer and researcher with over 25 years experience on pedestrian-oriented districts and mixed use development. The scale of his work has ranged from neighborhoods and villages to downtowns and growth centers in New England, the West Coast and Asia. He has published numerous articles and papers on urban design. His first book, Beyond Density: Measuring Neighborhood Form in New England Towns, was published in 2008. Peter holds a BA from Middlebury College and a PhD from the College of Environmental Design at the University of California, Berkeley.

Aaron Kadoch
Associate, Designer

Aaron is an architectural designer with a broad range of professional design experience including both architecture and landscape architecture. His interests are in quality design, craftsmanship and building technology for creating sustainable buildings and site design. Aaron’s experience ensures the artful integration of the buildings and the site. Aaron holds a Masters of Architecture degree from Taliesin, the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture, Scottsdale, Arizona.

Hillary Gregory
Associate, designer

Hillary is a landscape architect with experience in site design, planting design, landscape plan specification, and preparation of construction documents.   Hillary has a Bachelors of Science in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
